Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pine Housing Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
