Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
