Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Fort Worth with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
