Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around El Paso, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
