Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
