Westbrook Drift Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
