Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Lantern Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
