Westbrook Hollow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in El Paso. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
