Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Vista Property Management looks after rental homes across the El Paso area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
