Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
