Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Granite Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the El Paso area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
