Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
