Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
