Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate North Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 885 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
