Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
