Highbridge Wilder Community Partners is a Des Moines charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
