Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
