Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Union Civic Services supports public agencies in Denver with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people based in Denver. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
