Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Denver supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
