Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Denver, CO)

Nova Ridge Property Management Group is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
