Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Dallas, TX)

Nova Timber Early Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
