Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Birch Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
