Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Dallas, TX)

Bright Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
