Fernwood Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Dallas. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
