Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
