Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Columbus, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
