Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Maple Property Management looks after rental homes across the Columbus area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
