Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Columbus. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
