Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
