Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Colorado Springs caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
