Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
