Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
