Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
