Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
