Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
