Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Loom Property Management Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
