Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 956 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services.
