Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Cleveland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
