Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Cincinnati presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
