Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
