Stonegate Harbor Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing.
