Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
