Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Harbor Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services.
