Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Chicago. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
