Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Mill Transit Planning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
