Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Summit West Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Charlotte, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
