Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
