Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Charlotte supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
