Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Charlotte. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
