Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience.
